Our check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards, and the check-out time is until 10:00 AM. If you arrive early before the check-in time, you can still store your luggage in the hostel’s luggage storage area and explore the city until your room is ready. If you arrive after midnight there is a doorbell to call for the night staff.

Yes, Hostel Ruthensteiner has a 24-hour reception desk. You can reach out to the staff for assistance or information at any time during your stay. After midnight there is a on-call night staff available for you.
